[newmaint-site] [PATCH] Print out people names in the NM weekly reports

Hi gang,

Here's an overdue patch popping off my TODOlist item from DebConf.

It prints out the names of the people that started or ended a process in the
report period. To do so, it repurposes the print_proclist function from the AM
checks, making it more generic.

Example output for this week:
