[newmaint-site] django-maintenance published as django-housekeeping

Hello,

I've finally found a name for the management infrastructure I had
written that does not conflict with existing modules, and it's now
published as django-housekeeping[1].

I've just finished porting contributors.debian.org to it. I still have
not ported nm.debian.org.

django-housekeeping is still not packaged for Debian, and I'd like to
have someone do the packaging instead of me. Anyone interested?
I'll do my best to be a good upstream :)
