nm-templates (2007-01-01) unstable; urgency=low

  * Start a changelog.
  * Include updates from the 2006-12-30 IRC discussion on #debian-newmaint.
  * Major changes:
    + reordered questions, removed duplicates, and grouped them by sections.
    + introduce "bonus" questions.
    + templates no longer assume the previous step was finished (most
      AMs send them out earlier).
  * Various:
    + Rewrote PP1 introduction.
