armhf builds are now activated on that PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~clepple/+archive/ubuntu/nut/+build/7014705

I'm assuming you are using trusty (14.04) - let me know if that is not the case.

To activate: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:clepple/nut

All the usual PPA disclaimers apply.
