Summary: Support multiple TCP sockets in the upsd server
Group: None
Category: None

Initial Comment:
In order to separate IPv4 traffic from IPv6 traffic, we need to support more than one TCP socket in the server. While we're at it, why limit ourselves to just two sockets? On multiple interface systems, it may be desireable to listen on more than one, but not all interfaces.
