Initial Comment:
The dummy-ups man page (in the trunk and 2.2.1) refers to starting dummy-ups without any parameters. This is no longer possible, since the "-a upsname" parameter is required now.

I've not mentioned "-a" since it's not in other drivers (only in nutupsdrv) but have adapted the text.
I've also completed nutupsdrv to mention more explicitly that "-a" is mandatory.
