basically, my UPS reports both:
UPS.PowerSummary.PresentStatus.ACPresent=1
and
UPS.PowerConverter.Input.[3].PresentStatus.Used=1

which causes ups.status to alternate between online and !online state, based on the frequency the information is queried from the UPS.

The hardware is an MGE pulsar evolution 2200.
