Initial Comment:
I couldn't find any information on how to specify several different instcmds, are the space or comma delimited. A quick look in the source made it appear that one should enter multiple entries of instcmds, something that I've confirmed.
I've added a little bit of information to the upsd.users(8) man page as well as the upsd.users sample file.
