Merging the specific Windows code into the development version (trunk) still requires work however.

yes, you can hope as it's part of the TODO list.
Moreover, we already have the client part (upsmon), but this requires the UPS to be attached to a NUT supported box.

The only problem is that we don't have somebody motivated and with the needed skills to work on it.
