I've updated the NUT namespace in trunk (r3518).
This includes the various missing variables and commands that you've reported:
- commands:
  * load.{on,off}.delay
  * outlet.n.shutdown.return
  * outlet.n.load.{on,off,cycle}
- variables:
  * outlet.n.battery.charge.low
  * outlet.n.timer.{start,shutdown}
and some more
