Do you press CTRL-C during the boot? As written by Adam Borowski, this
is a feature (and I agree) but maybe not recommended if you are not
experienced.

I've seen that, it's almost unusable. The bug on that was closed, it
should be reopened again. When is the one in experimental hitting
unstable?
