Hi,

I uploaded OpenRC 0.13.1-4 which fixes the last remaining RC bug.
Hopefully, the package will migrate in time for Jessie. Please don't
touch anything so that it migrate before the deadline of the 5th of
November.

I created a jessie branch. Unless you wish to fix an issue in Jessie,
please only upload to experimental (for example, version 0.13.2...).
Also, after 0.13.1 is in Jessie, make sure that any jessie fix lands in
the jessie branch.
