conflicting files (sysvinit-core,upstart,upstart-sysv) or conflicting
implementations of invoke-rc.d/update-rc.d (file-rc, openrc) which break
systemd.

For openrc that is no longer the case in newer versions, that's why we
want to make that versioned.
