OK, that's my standard message..:-)

In short, I'd like to initiate a short review for the template that
got lost in -2 and then reintroduced in -3.....but had no review.

I find this template to be too jargonic and needing at least a long
description. I will however need to have a short explanation about
what this "token" is.
