Thank you for the notice, Francesca added it to the Events page:
<http://www.debian.org/events/2012/0419-openstack>
Should we add that eNovance is sponsoring the Debian presence? We did
something similar in the past for BSPs:
<http://www.debian.org/events/2011/1202-hildesheim-bsp>
For the summit, please check the "Organizing Debian presence" section on
the Events page, which has (some outdated) documentation on how to run a
booth:
<http://www.debian.org/events/>
The Debian Wiki has a specific page about that:
<https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEventsHowto>
To get in touch with the Debian community, you should check the
debian-events-na@ and bad at bad.debian.net mailing lists, both Cc:ed.
If you need advertising material, please refer to the Debian flyers:
<http://debian-flyers.alioth.debian.org/>
You could modify them adding your sponsor logo+name and send a patch to
the list or the Events team. Or, if you want some other logo (and do
not want to install the dependencies), simply ask here and I will
compile the PDF.
In case of donations, please transfer the money to one of the Debian
Trusted Organizations:
<https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Auditor>
Best,
Luca
