Hi,

While I really do appreciate the bug report, please note that websockify
is *not* in Debian yet (it is in the FTP master NEW queue). Grizzly
either (yet).

For this reason, I cannot update the novnc package in Debian, because
that would simply break it. Though I am right away fixing it in GPLHost
repository, so that will fix your problem.

For any package which isn't in Debian yet and only on my Debian
repository, best is to send a simple mail to the PKG Openstack at:
openstack-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org

rather than in the Debian BTS.

As for your howto, I think it is really great that someone finally works
on Devstack for Debian. Though you normally shouldn't need anything from
Debian experimental or SID, since there is a wheezy backport repository
at GPLHost:

deb http://ftp.gplhost.com/debian grizzly-backports main

Note that the wheezy-backports is for Openstack Folsom, not for Grizzly.

It is also quite bad to mix both wheezy and SID in your sources.list. I
would advise you to not do that.

Thanks again for your bug report, and if you need me, I'm on
#debian-openstack on OFTC as "zigo" (and on Freenode as zigo_). It might
be faster to communicate that way.

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)

P.S: I'll be closing the bug, since that doesn't link to any package
available in Debian (yet).
