Hi and Happy New Year :-)

For the benefit of people willing to try the latest Folsom packages worked on by Thomas Goirand and Roland Mas ( thanks to eNovance and Cloudwatt for funding their work ), I wrote a minimalist HOWTO. If it turns out that some steps are puzzling to non OpenStack experts, please let me know.
