Hi,

There's no such problem: nova-novncproxy is now included in a single
unique package for the console called "nova-consoleproxy". Use that one
instead, it includes all what you need (and has a Provides:
nova-novncproxy).

So if you already have a nova-novncproxy package, remove it.

By the way, you are much better of using the SPICE console, which works
much much better than the VNC one.
