FYI, I agree with this. Storage-as-a-Service system sounds quite right.

It's an REST API server that we are talking about. I know it sounds a
bit weirdo to "connect to an API", thought it's well admitted within the
OpenStack community than things have to be called this way, and in the
context of OpenStack, it does make sense. Therefore, I do not wish to
change that part.

I agree with all the rest of, though I thought the above needed some
comments. Let me know when you think it's ready for inclusion.

Also, please note that for all of OpenStack packages, I have ran
"wrap-and-sort", so you might want to get the latest version each time,
otherwise applying diffs will be a bit more complicated (meaning, it's
going to be a "by-hand" job, with possibilities to do mistakes).
