That is quite right. And that's really a shame that upstream doesn't
understand why we should. Unfortunately, in Debian, we will have to
address the problem anyway, whatever upstream says about it.

Anyone willing to help on this topic would be really welcome! If I
understand well, the way to fix would be to drop a python-migrate
upgrade script from Folsom into the Grizzly package, but so far I had no
time to test that.

Also, it is quite useless to add Andreas as Cc: to your mail, because
I'd bet rusted cents against gold that he knows nothing about Keystone
or OpenStack, and only runs some automated piuparts tests.
