[PKG-Openstack-devel] alternative runtime users for openstack daemons

Hello
	i'm going over init scripts for openstack and i realize we support
change, in the init script, the runtime user for some daemons.

*is that used?* does it works?
we don't take care of /var/lib/${service} ownership/permissions, debconf
does not ask the runtime user.

i'm asking because changing the user is not currently supported in the
service files for systemd.

PS: if i wasn't clear, i'm asking if anybody runs nova-* (the services)
as !nova (the user)
