Hi,

I had a look into the issue, and it's looking like version 0.7.0 fixes
the problem, however, it now imports "mechanize", which is incompatible
with Python 3, and which is a package in a very bad state, will all
sorts of embedded copies.

Best option could be to keep wsgi-intercept in the current version, and
just try to fix this Python 3.4. But then I have an issue with the
maintainability of this package.

I'll write more information here as I investigate more.
