[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#750052: python-ironicclient: build-depend on python-setuptools for dh_clean

User: ubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com
Usertags: origin-ubuntu utopic ubuntu-patch
Although this doesn't appear to affect Debian directly because python-
setuptools is pulled in implicitly, in Ubuntu, it is not, and dh_clean fails
with the following:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 18, in <module>
ImportError: No module named setuptools
dh_auto_clean: python setup.py clean -a returned exit code 1
Build-depending on python-setuptools explicitly fixes this issue. Can you
please do this in Debian?
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Build-depend on python-setuptools to fix FTBFS.
Thanks for considering the patch.
