This unfortunately, as you know, doesn't work for the build-dependencies
(as only the first one will be taken by the pbuilder/sbuilder).

Feel free to take my backport if you wish. Changes I had to make were
documented. The only thing that worries me is that I had to backport
xen, though maybe downgrading the build-depends should work.
