Hi Ralf,

Thanks a lot for these bug reports.

In fact, if I made the dependencies this way, it's because the
python-xstatic-* packages really need to be tightly coupled, in terms of
versionning, to the libjs package. So I wanted to make sure that the
libjs packages don't get updates with updates of the python-xstatic
packages as well. And that's exactly what's happening right now, with
these 3 bug reports. So thanks again!

I'm uploading fixes right now.
