The new version will work with Kilo (still uses "rtslib" but that's 
fine.) The only thing to watch out for is that it gained a dependency on 
python-six pkg.

I verified with the upstream developer (Eric Harney, CCd) that Liberty 
is using "rtslib_fb", so everything looks good to do as you suggest.
