[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#820120: Please include interfaces.d in /etc/network/interfaces

The default Debian /etc/network/interfaces file contains a line 

source /etc/network/interfaces.d/*

since at least wheezy. Please also include this line in the /e/n/i file
generated by openstack-debian-images. And maybe even put the 3 interface
configurations into separate files in interfaces.d.
