[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#810535: backport to jessie?

python3-msgpack is a dependency of borgbackup, which I am looking at
backporting. gianfranco told me in #809136 that zigo would take care
of the backport, but i'd also be happy to do that myself.

i'm opening this bug report to track progress on this and avoid
duplicate work.
