This has been broken by the following patch:
  debian/patches/patches/0005-builders-add-publish-over-ssh-support-as-a-build-ste.patch

This patch hasn't been merged upstream and the review comments also point out
it breaks existing situations (ditto the automated checks):

Please drop this patch form the package until it gets fixed
