[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#831213: cobbler: please expose testsuite failures

Dear Maintainer,

Currently the testsuite failures in cobbler (there are many!) are being
masked with a "|| true" suffix.

Please consider exposing these failures to the build system and/or
adding a comment to debian/rules to justify it.
