[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#816422: libisal: FTBFS for non-amd64 CPUs: relies on amd64 assembly

Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of libisasl for architectures other than amd64 and
kfreebsd-amd64 failed because the library code in erasure_code relies
heavily on amd64 assembly.  As such, please formally restrict its
"Architecture:" setting to any-amd64.
