I can accept that stuff like this should/could be required if I had
upgraded from one version of Openstack to another, but I went
from one version in Mitaka to another [in Mitaka]..
Granted, from '2:9.0.0-3' to '3:10.0.0-1'. But maybe that's not
Mitaka? So when I run Sid, what's the version of Openstack
I'm running now?
But whatever changed, the post-/preinst should/could grep for
whatever changed and notify the user that this copy needs
to be done and the result verified.
IMO, we MUST be able to have a more seamless upgrade
between upgrades! It is not acceptable (nor in the Debian
GNU/Linux history/way) to break stuff like this :(.
This is more like what RedHat and those do, we should be
able to do better!
