[PKG-Openstack-devel] rabbit_* deprecated

It is replaced by: transport_url

Very little worked like it should with these rabbit_* options. It
was mentioned they where/was going to be deprecated in Mitaka, but
apparently they're now fully deprecated..

Please update all packages to use transport_url instead..

If you want/need me to send in bug reports for all packages
that have these rabbit_* options enabled, I will but I guess
there's going to be _a lot_ of them..
