Sorry, that is a lot of information. We're in the middle of a knowledge
transfer from one generation of maintainers to a new one, so there's a
heavy stream of info passing back and forth on the mailing list right
now, that's far more than you need to get started.

Unfortunately, that's not a good place to start, the documentation there
is out of date. I'm working on updating the docs to be friendly to
newbies, but for now the best place to start is probably right here on
this mailing list.

Which command-line clients are you interested in? Are you more focused
on python-openstackclient? Or are you also interested in
project-specific ones like python-ceilometerclient?
