Indeed... the issue was that I did "dh $@ --with python2" instead of
python3. Thanks for spotting this, I'm not sure how I missed it.

Indeed, sorry for this. Fixed already, and will re-upload soon.

FYI, I'm now uploading all OpenStack Queens services to unstable.
There's still heat that I need fix (loads of unit test failures in
python 3), and I'll have uploaded nearly all of OpenStack Queens, that
will be released this week.

There's still a few side package (like Neutron and Horizon plugins)
though, that I am also planning to switch to Python 3, and that will
therefore go through the NEW queue, but the majority of the release is
already uploaded.
