[PKG-Openstack-devel] fixed pkgos-dh_auto_install, pkgos-dh_auto_test

Hi Guys,

Just let you know that I fixed openstack-pkg-tools to use --no-pyX flag as
it was not working correctly in v62.

debian/pike

Please, could you check it and upload if OK ?
