Hi,

The issue really is in borgbackup.

Yes, msgpack renamed its egg name form msgpack-python to python-msgpack,
so every package depending on it has to adapt, and change the
rquirements if they are checked at runtime. There's nothing much I can
do on the side of msgpack, because some other Python dependencies are
using the new egg name already, and over time, everyone will switch to
the new one.

I'm reassigning the bug.
