You're talking about how to install the packages, right? If so, then I
agree with you, but a README.Debian can tell a lot more about that. It
can tell how to actually *use* the packages. For example, you could have
a small README.Debian in the nova client package explaining how to
install a virtual machine. Also, there's lots of interactions between
packages that have to be explained.
