This change is not correct. Dpkg is going to support Homepage:
definition in the control headers file. This change is quite recent
(see debian-devel archives)

We could, however, temporarily leave the Homepage: in the description
for the benefit of applications that show the Homepage but have not
still to be updated to use dpkg's new control file (like
packages.debian.org)
