While using moinmoin...

You can use editmoin (now in sid):
- aptitude install editmoin
- get the value of your MOIN_ID cookie for wiki.debian.org
- echo "http://wiki.debian.org $MOIN_ID" >> .moin_ids
- echo "DPH http://wiki.debian.org/DebianPackagingHandbook" >> .moin_aliases
- (if you haven't one) set your favourite $EDITOR (default is vi, and there's 
also moin.vim for you, poor vi(m) users)
then you can do e.g.
  editmoin DPH/Intro
