What about the following?

indent --gnu-style
       --no-tabs
       -ppi 2
       --preserve-mtime
$(find . -iname '*.h' -o -iname '*.c' -o -iname '*.hpp' -o -iname
'*.cpp' -o -iname '*.cc')

I am still exploring indent and its corresponding options from astyle...
