bindings-rishi.git has been updated.

- Renamed some directories so that their names are aligned with those
in the main Parted repository (ie. parted.git).

- The C++ bindings have been moved to a cpp sub-directory.

I will now modify the build scripts so that one can do things like:
$ ./configure --disable-cpp --enable-python ...

Comments?

David, can we similarly import the pyparted sources too? Also what
sort of license should we use for these bindings?
