I hope you managed to subscribe to pbuilder-maint, since 
alioth mailman was down yesterday. Cc'ing just in case.

Hmm...

Anyway, a good starting point would be to get the latest pbuilder 
source CVS; and run

cd testsuite
./run-test-uml.sh 

and see what breaks. I don't think anybody other than me has
ever ran that script, so I doubt that if it'll run the first time,
and you'll need to tweak it.

First we'll try to get it working on your system, 
and hopefully we can do periodical regression tests.

Does that sound good?


I think rootstrap would be broken by now since it's using
debootstrap only; many things need fixing to get 
pbuilder-user-mode-linux back into shape
