[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#363088: pbuilder: please add example script for cross-arch support i386/amd64

Hi,

I've extended the pbuilder-distribution.sh example script to support
cross-arch building for i386 and amd64. It would be nice if you could
include it in the examples directory as well.
