[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#351526: sudo pbuilder login --save-after-login includes the apt cache in the base.tgz

Package: pbuilder
Version: 0.146
Severity: minor

The base.tgz generated after executing
  sudo pbuilder login --save-after-login
contains a filled var/cache/apt/archives directory bloating the base.tgz.
var/cache/apt/archives was initialized by copying the debs from APTCACHE
after unpacking the base.tgz and should be cleaned before creating a new
base.tgz like it is done by pbuilder update.

A subsequent 'sudo pbuilder update' cleans the base.tgz properly.
