[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#378345: command line does not override BUILDRESULT

If BUILDRESULT is set in the pbuilderrc, I can pass whatever I want
on the command line invocation to pbuilder, it does not get
honoured. Only if I remove the BUILDRESULT setting, then it works.
