[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#366327: Bug appears not to be fixed in pbuilder 0.155

Hi again,

I just tried version 0.155, and the bug is still there for me, despite
the `-p' su invocation. Here's an excerpt from a build run where the
dpkg-buildpackages options were ignored:

$ dpkg -l pbuilder | tail -1
ii  pbuilder       0.155          personal package builder for Debian packages
$ pdebuild --use-pdebuild-internal
[...]
Setting DEBBUILDOPTS=-sa -tc
[...]
dpkg-buildpackage: binary and diff upload (original source NOT included)
                                           ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
					   This doesn't match the
					   dpkg-buildpackage option -sa

Again, fixing the quotes in /usr/lib/pbuilder/pdebuild-internal yields
the behaviour I expect:

$ pbdebuild --use-pdebuild-internal
Setting DEBBUILDOPTS=-sa -tc
[...]
dpkg-buildpackage: full upload (original source is included)
