[Pbuilder-maint] pbuilder breakage due to sysvinit.

Hi,

This is a note to everyone in case someone else trips on this problem.

Due to #390126 in sysvinit, /lib/init/rw is mounted, and
that breaks pbuilder; it should be fixed by tomorrow's update.
