[Pbuilder-maint] Migration to git repository

Hi,

I'd like to migrate the repository to git. These are the procedures

1. Request git repository creation to alioth admin <- here (1/4)

2. convert data over to git (1/8?)

3. mark cvs repository to be closed (maybe note down in debian/changelog)
  and use git repository. (1/8?)
