[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#407248: pbuilder-satisfydepends fails on i386 system with amd64 chroot

Hi Junichi!

Today pbuilder failed to get a build dependency on a i386 system with an
amd64 chroot.
The machine is amd64 (with amd64 kernel), but the installed system is
i386.

The error is here:

 -> Considering build-dep ia32-libs [amd64]
   -> This package is not for this architecture
(...)
